Community Meeting to Discuss Culver City SRTS Project
Tuesday, May 3: 6:30 pm to 8 pm
Location: Linwood Howe Cafeteria
CCBC members have been working with Linwood Howe & the City to help plan and implement the school’s Safe Routes To School project. We toured the improvement area with parents & community members on April 16th, now we will be discussing the plan with city staff to make sure community concerns are addressed as the plan moves forward.
City staff will host this meeting to inform neighborhood residents about upcoming
Safe Routes to School project street improvements. Come hear the City’s plans for making streets safer for children to bike and walk to Linwood E. Howe. This project is part of the City of Culver City’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Initiative, funded by LA County Public Health’s PLACE Program. For more information about the Community Meeting contact Helen Kerstein at 310-253-5618.
